Owens Barcavage & McInroy, LLC is a general practice law firm in the heart of Central Pennsylvania. The firm was founded by three attorneys with experience practicing for both public and private sector clients. The three founding attorneys share common ambitions and together pursue a vision of providing high quality cost-effective legal services in the areas of personal injury/civil defense, criminal defense, family law/domestic law, real estate, corporate/commercial law, and municipal and civil rights litigation.

By locating our principal office in the capital city of Harrisburg, our firm can represent Central Pennsylvania individuals and corporations in both federal and state courts. We have attorneys admitted to the United States District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in the federal system. We also practice in the state courts in all of the 67 counties throughout the state of Pennsylvania.
